Administrative Law (行政法)
A core examination of legal frameworks governing public administration, examining the constitutional, procedural, and ethical boundaries of administrative bodies and their impacts on public sector leadership.
Study in Education and School Communication (教育與學校溝通研究)
Educational communication research investigates how communicative processes, language structures, relational dynamics, and media shape teaching, learning, and institutional cultures. This advanced master’s-level module examines the sociological, philosophical, and organisational foundations of communication within educational contexts. Designed to bridge theory and practice, the course illuminates core concepts in educational communication and encourages students to apply these frameworks to authentic educational settings. Throughout the semester, students will critically analyse canonical texts and contemporary theoretical paradigms to construct rigorous conceptual frameworks for educational inquiry. In-service and experienced educators are equally encouraged to reflect upon their professional journeys and develop research proposals that strengthen their academic and scholarly competencies.
教育與學校溝通研究旨在探究溝通歷程、語言結構、關係動力與媒介生態如何形塑教學、學習以及學校組織文化。本碩士班進階課程深入剖析教育場域中溝通的社會學、哲學與組織理論基礎。本課程兼重理論建構與實務應用，除系統性闡釋教育溝通的核心概念外，亦引導學生將理論視角轉化為真實教育情境的實踐策略。在修課期間，學生將批判性研讀經典文獻與當代理論典範，建立嚴謹的教育研究概念架構；同時，本課程亦鼓勵具教學經驗之教師反思自身實務歷程，或是想走學術發展的學生透過撰寫學術研究計畫書，精進學術探究與研究設計之核心能力。
